A small program needs to be downloaded to your device. Please use the links below to download the correct program or app.
Once you have downloaded the file, you need to launch the file. This could be inside your Downloads folder.
For Windows: A request will be sent automatically to the next available Technician, once the request has been accepted, remote assistance will start.
For macOS: The downloaded “zip” file needs to be extracted and the “Remote Support Applet.app” launched. A request will then be sent automatically to the next available Technician, once the request has been accepted, remote assistance will start.
For Android/iOS: Install the app required by clicking the link above. Once the app has downloaded please open the app and allow any security request popups. A Technician will give you a “Pin Code” to enter on the device, once the code is typed into the app, remote assistance will start.

When running a small business, it’s easy to fall into the common trap of believing that you aren’t at risk of a cyberattack. Sadly, there’s a harsh truth that has to be faced… you are. Everyone is. The way you act online, and the action you take to protect your data, will massively effect the strength of your future.
It’s super frustrating to encounter the same technology issue over and over again… especially when you’ve tried every trick in the book to fix it.
We’ve all been there, angrily glaring at our computer as it crashes (yet again) and we lose another chunk of work. It’s enough to drive anyone mad.
Rather than continuing to suffer through the same nightmare every day, there are some standard fixes for a lot of common IT issues. Trying a few of them might just get you the solution you need.

We all have to operate on a budget.
Although it would be a business owner’s wild dream to have an unlimited source of spending money, the world just doesn’t work that way.
This means that, as your technology gets older and displays more and more reoccuring issues, you have to bide your time until you can afford a replacement.
What if we told you there was a cheaper (equally effective) solution?

“I can do it myself for cheaper.”
This is the default proclamation of every business owner looking into contracting services outside of their organisation.
Sometimes, this is absolutely the case.
Sometimes, you can indeed save money by spending extra hours at your desk and adding yet another task to your to-do list. Sometimes, though, the opposite happens…
You risk your money by trying to do everything in-house.

We’ve all clicked “no, ask me later,” after being asked to update our computer in the middle of the day.
It feels like a sensible decision in the heat of the moment, as we don’t want to miss out on vital hours of work… especially when there’s a deadline approaching.
However, more often than not, after we’ve dismissed that persistent little notification, we end up logging off before it crops back up again.
The next day, it reappears… we reject it again.
Pretty soon, a frustrating spiral has started where more and more updates are getting caught in the backlog and your computer starts to suffer.
